Investment in a new cold metal transfer (CMT) weld cladding overlay machine will provide greater control and customer confidence in European Heathyard’s manufacturing processes. Improved efficiency will be delivered from a twin head and twin feed system.
Full traceability from receipt of order through to final release for dispatch can be delivered for safety critical component fabrication in the Power Generation and Petrochemical sectors.

Weld clad pipe fabrications can be critical in environments succeptable to a high level of corrosion/erosion where the environmental and commercial impact of system failure is significant.
